Who am I, and why am I the right choice for your team?

Why choose me?

When working on games, I excel in the roles of game designer. Additionally I have skills in the fields of Programming and Narrative Design. I have experience creating games with the Unity Engine as well as the Godot Engine. As a result I am knowledgable in C# as well as GDScript. To create innovative new games and stories, I am constantly trying to expand my horizons by reading books, playing games, and watching movies to see what kind of experiences are already out there. These experiences serve as invaluable inspiration for my own path in creating games.

To me, being able to work together as a team of passionate game makers is one of the most important aspects of game creation. That is why I am always proactively engaging teammates that need help or taking on additional tasks. My main goal is not to be a mere participant in the project but a catalyst for synergy and achievement.

My Experiences

I have been playing games for as long as I can remember. One of my earliest memories regarding gaming is me having to pause my game, so my parents could watch Obama’s inauguration speech on TV in 2008.
Before going to university, I completed a four-month-long Game Design internship at Magic Bytes. This solidified my interest in not just playing games, but actually creating them. Then at the age of 20 I started studying Game Pro­duc­tion and Man­age­ment (BA) at the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm in Germany.

Over the course of my studies, I have gained insight into all facets of the world of indie-game development. While I like to consider myself to be a generalist, able to help in all areas, I am most proficient in programming, narrative design / writing and game design.

In July 2024 me and four friends founded our Game Studio: Deus Draconis Interactive. Here I am in charge of the Game Design as well as everything story and narrative related.

This CV is a short summary of my life until now.

I went to school and finished my Abitur, completed a game-design internship and a voluntary social year in Romania. While studying I founded Deus Draconis Interactive with friends. At the moment we are working on the Halloween-inspired Bonehearts.
